Washington is a battleships with a rare buff during battles, and her third skill makes her strong against single enemy encounters like the gold daily. Equip her with the Ryza collab gun or the 40.6cm Mk.6 Triple Gun Mount and Type 91 Armor Piercing Shell to further increase her crit chance, up to 100% (50% base +30% Ryza gun +10% 40.6cm +10% Type 91 shell).

Kill On Sight 初見殺し	1. Upon hitting an enemy with Washington's [Main Battery] for the first time, immediately cuts 15 seconds off [Main Battery] reload. Next salvo will have 50% increased Crit Chance. Can only proc once per battle.
Night Shelling 夜の狙撃	During Night Battle, Washington's Crit Damage will be increased by 50%. During Night Battle, If a ship is sunk during a [Main Battery Salvo] that involves Washington, instantly reloads [Main Battery]. Can only proc 2 times per battle.
Barrage 集中砲火	1. Upon firing on a single target, Washington's [Main Battery] Damage and Crit Rate will be increased by 10%. Stacks up to 5 times. Switching targets will cause Washington to lose 2 stacks.

6★	[Main Battery Salvo] now has a 50% chance to penetrate the citadel of an enemy, increasing damage done by 20%. If the penetrated target sinks, target will explode, dealing 12% damage to all other enemy ships. Talent upgraded to Level 4.
