This effect stacks up to 3 times. If this is the first time an enemy ship is inflicted with [Flooding] due to this skill's effect, deal an additional 140% of Ryuujou's Firepower after [Flooding] ends. 2. When an enemy fleet launches a [Torpedo Strike], Ryuujou will have a 100% chance to deploy a torpedo shield around the fleet that lasts 10 seconds. |
