Description			Calm and prides herself on being calm in combat, but turns into a monster when angered. Has strange thoughts (delusions) and will sometimes take things too far.

One of the Repeat Salvo meme ships along with her sister Dorsetshire and Prinz Eugen. They reach their full potential when run together.
Norfolk makes sure those pesky low HP enemies won't live to see another day due to her aimed salvoes, this synergizes really well with her skill, as she can fire another salvo immediately after sinking an enemy, making it common to see an enemy fleet gets deleted in seconds with 6 repeated salvoes.
Sadly she is lacking when she cant sink an enemy, making her unreliable on single enemy fights, or even high HP enemies.
Norfolk does have a cute butt when damaged so she has that going for her ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
